The Gentle Life Reveal
This is my first time out, please be gentle! – Life Coaching
Two 1 hour sessions. The first session is a meet and greet assessment (via phone or Skype). I connect with you and work from a place of intuition to give you the aerial-picture of your life at this moment. Then we develop a plan based on personal awareness followed by a specific action(s) for taking your best, first step. Two weeks later we meet again to review your progress, establish intentions, and lay out your personalized road-map so that you can start out on your new path with confidence and excitement!

Booty-kicking with Love
I’m on a Mission (like the Blues Brothers!… sort of)! But I need someone to ride shotgun and keep me on track. – Life coaching
These sessions are offered on a month to month basis as needed and are designed for those who have already awakened to their Life Path (or to their Spirituality), but who need a little (or a lot of ) guidance toward the next mile-marker. First sessions are two hours and include an intuitive overview of your current situation with discussions and insight as to the next step on your path. This package includes weekly homework with email follow-ups and an every-other-week check-in (via email, phone, or Skype) to chart your progress throughout the month. Yeah… you could totally do this on your own! But I’m here to provide structure and support in case you’re feeling a little wobbly, or could really benefit from an outside perspective. Plus, I’m one heck of a cheerleader.

Life Story Reveals are a creative exercise in rendering a clear picture of your life story. This clear picture can help you better traverse patterns and pitfalls while highlighting your possibilities and gifts. This service begins with a 30 minute interview via phone/Skype or in-person to create a point of reference, from there the process is a creative free-for-all that can include but is not limited to art-journaling, FEARLESS(R) Painting, memoir-writing, photography, dream-boarding, and Imagidance(TM). As a finished product you will create a visible, tangible life-picture, unique to you and your story, assisting you with a clear understanding of what your life truly looks like. Total session time with interview 2 Hours (+/-).

“GUNK” is what I call any form of distracting garbage we allow into our lives; when emotions seem to spill out or hang onto us like some 60′s horror movie-monster, sometimes a hand is helpful in Getting the Gunk Out. Often our lives become filled with misconceptions and misperceptions, about ourselves, about the people, things and situations in our lives. Sometimes these sticky situations in our lives seem to consume us, trap us, and we feel stuck, whether it’s a quagmire of our own creation, or just something we happened to fall into. “Getting the Gunk Out” is about creating personal space (mental/physical/spiritual/emotional) by tapping into our own Life Stories, connecting to and understanding what’s really important while recognizing, expelling and finally learning to filter out “The Gunk”. These sessions begin with a 30 minute phone or Skype interview to help us set the stage and understand the terrain. The interview will be followed up by weekly personalized-homework and feedback (for 4 weeks) which could consist of (but is not limited to) journaling, writing, movement, rhythm/music and art sessions. Time Commitment, 1 Month.
Getting the Gunk Out (Session Length 4 Weeks)

Yup, I said it. And sometimes we could all use it. This is a down and dirty, one-on-one session to help you see the world clearly and un-stick your head (and all of the thoughts rambling around in it) from whatever dank and dark place it’s been embedded. Working via phone, Skype or in-person, I connect to your heart-center to gain a clear picture of where you are and get a clear focus of where your heart really wants you to be. We will discuss any blocks you may be throwing up yourself and how to navigate through or around them. Finally we’ll “cut” away any unhealthy connections and bring you to a place of being centered so that you can move forward with a clear mind and understanding of how you may have gotten stuck to begin with (you know… so you can better avoid that stuff in the future .) Sessions are 1 Hour.

Dancemeditation™ cultivates a state of being present and allows softness and compassion to creep into our daily lives. Combining the awareness of breath, body and mind helps us sink deeper into a truly embodied state of being, every day.
Group Practice
I am currently teaching weekly Dancemeditation™ sessions at Agame Yoga and Meditation Center in Baton Rouge, LA.
Sunday afternoons from 12-1PM – Classes are offered on a donation basis. Classes at Agame are typically offered for $10/class, although anything you can afford to give for this class is welcome.

One-on-One Sessions
One-on-One Sessions of Dancemeditation™ are available and cater to an individual’s needs at the time that they arrive. Sessions can include, but are not limited to: following-the-leader, chanting, whirling, fluid yoga, somatic awareness, free movement, witnessing, journaling, and Writing from the Body. Sessions are One and a Half Hours (1.5 hours)

Understanding the thought and feeling behind creating the world in which we live (also called “Manifesting”) through visioning, dance, and movement. One-on-Ones and Group Sessions

Everyday we wander through life creating our own realities, whether we realize it or not. Often in this work I encounter those who believe that the shape of their lives is out of their hands, “out of control” and they don’t know how life got that way, or what to do to change it. Working from the premise that the energy of our thoughts creates our reality, Imagidance™ seeks to help individuals empirically understand the correlation between thought and feeling. Through visioning, dance, and movement, Imagidance™ can teach us not only how what we think creates the world in which we live, but also how our FEELINGS about what we think shape it too. Learn to understand how what we think translates into feeling, how what we feel translates into thought and how awareness of these two ideas can allow us to take an active role in creating our reality.
One-on-One sessions are two hours in length.

One-on-Ones and Group Sessions
If you would like to arrange a Healing Movement workshop for your group, please email me, rates and session lengths will vary.
Healing Movement sessions are designed for each individual’s or group’s needs to address specific concerns or areas of dis-ease. Here I use “Dis-ease” to refer to imbalances, whether that relates to the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. Healing Movement sessions can help when we just feel “off” or “out of whack”… when we are not at ease in our own bodies, with our selves, our emotions.
Healing movement sessions can include, but are not limited to, free-movement, sacred-dance, follow-the-leader, story-telling/reenactment, singing, percussion, choreography, and Imagidance (Visioning and manifesting through dance and movement). Private sessions are One and a Half Hours (1.5 hours)

Intuitive Readings
What is a ‘reading’ you ask?
A reading is a space in which the reader (me in this case) is allowed access to the questioner’s current state of being, their guides and guardians. During that time, if there is a specific question, answers are given regarding the question. Or, if one simply wishes to have a bit of clarification about their current situation, they might ask, “What do I need to know most at this time?” I do not always utilize “Oracle Cards,” but I do have a few favorite decks which I can use upon request.
You are “Here” Intuitive Readings
This reading is an overview of your current life situation which will make visible and address any pertinent actions, beliefs, choices, and patterns that have brought you “Here.” In addition to the general overview of “Here,” we will discuss ways of reforming any inhibiting beliefs or negative thinking patterns as well as the options available to you from “Here.”
Length of readings is determinate upon the individual, but typically last one hour. Readings may be performed in-person, through phone, Skype, typed or recorded onto CD and mailed. (In-person, phone and Skype sessions will not be recorded.)

One-of-a-kind Intuitive Painted Readings
These Intuitive Readings are accompanied by a 19×24 one-of-a-kind painting that is created during the reading.
Several years ago I had visions of myself actually ‘painting’ or ‘drawing’ pictures for people for their readings, but this was never clear to me and I was in fact a bit disconcerted by it. I have never considered myself an artist. I do now, but that’s a long… long story. Regardless, because of my life-changing experience with an e-course BIG Fearless Painting, I have discovered exactly how it is that I am meant to do these “Intuitive Painted Readings” and I am thoroughly in love with the process.
In addition to your one-of-a-kind painting, this reading includes a recorded video of your reading with a private link to the video and a CD/DVD mailed to you physically along with your painting. Paintings and readings will be mailed within 1 week of the order being placed.
Length of readings is determinate upon the individual, but typically range from 30 minutes to 1 hour (+/-). Readings may be performed in-person, through Skype, typed or may be video-recorded onto DVD and mailed. (In-person and Skype sessions will not be recorded.)

I love to talk and I have a lot to offer! Seriously though, teaching is one of my deepest passions. When someone walks through life making as many mistakes as I have, well, you tend to become adept at “figuring things out”… which is another way of saying, not only do I know the best way to do this, but I also know at least five or six other ways to completely ruin it! I’ve been actively cultivating my “many paths” approach to seeing the world and getting through the rough spots in life for the last twelve years and would love to share any or all of it.
